As a proud owner of one of your EDM 900 units, I find it mandatory to write you to tell you of my experience with your Technical Support crew. In particular, I worked with Donald (initially) and finally with Dennis.
At first I had a problem with my fuel tank sending units. This is an Experimental GlaStar which I have recently completed building. The problem, diagnosed by Donald, was that i had the wrong sending units. Then, after replacing the sensors, I was having difficulty getting the sending units’ calibration figures to the EDM. This was a software issue and Dennis was a great help with that. After all was said and done, it turned out to be pilot error. This afternoon, while using a cell phone, Dennis was able to direct me through the communication problem. The unit is now functioning at %100.Through it all, your employees displayed considerable patience, courtesy and knowledge. I have no reluctant recommending your company to anyone. And working with your Tech Support is icing on the cake.
