Return (RMA) Procedure Steps:
INFORMATION you must know before returning instruments and/or accessories for
WARRANTY, REPAIR, EXCHANGE, etc..:
1. You MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) given to you BEFORE
you return to us your instrument and/or accessory for warranty, repair troubleshooting
or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS. IMPORTANT: Please read the steps below to return your JPI product for warranty, repair, or exchange. We recommend calling our tech support team before sending unit back. Please note there is a bench test fee of $125 for all items sent to JPI. The fee may be waived if under warranty.
