JPI RMA Instructions

IMPORTANT INFORMATION you must know before returning instruments and/or accessories for WARRANTY, REPAIR, EXCHANGE, etc.

1. You MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) given to you BEFORE you return to us your instrument and/or accessory for warranty, repair troubleshooting or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. CALL us at 1-800 345 4574 so that we can give you an RMA number, which MUST BE WRITTEN on the outside of the box you ship to us (as well as on a note inside of the box). Or, email us at support@jpinstruments.comand request an RMA be emailed to you. When we assign an RMA number for your return, we’ll ask for important information such as the name and address of the person we should ship the return back to, a phone number/email address to contact you by, and some information regarding the symptoms your instrument is displaying. WE MUST HAVE THIS INFORMATION before processing an RMA for you.
